[osflash] DENG got a new home

Oi gente,

just to let you know that we finally have a decent project homepage for 
DENG up again. The project was a mess, we switched hostings twice in the 
meantime so stuff was scattered all over the internets and i never found 
the time to clean it up.

Now everything's in one place again.
Nothing really new right now, but be prepared.
