[osflash] LoadVars

I'm trying to obtain data with loadVars from an external site that I  
have no control.

When the data loads I am not able to have a variableName= so the data  
is encoded
like this.
document%2Ewrite%28%27%3Ca%20target=%22%5Fblank%22%20href%

Is there anyway to decode the response?
