I've made a little tweak to stop it trying to unwrap the response
element in these instances.  The code generation will now continue for
that WSDL, but other bugs will make it blow up if you try to enable the
type-mapping generator (no great loss, as that doesn't really work yet
anyway).

Try re-downloading the jar file.

I'll look into the other problems the XML Schema for that service
presents...
