So, in the WSDL examples I've worked from in the past, the
<soap:binding> has always had the style="document" attribute, as well as
that being present for each <soap:operation>.  So, I chose to assert
that this was present because I only support doc/literal services.

That probably wasn't that right thing to do (I'm not sooo familiar with
SOAP), but anyway by adding this attribute, wsdl2as will get a bit
further.

Then, however, it dies because a variable gets named "set".  I've
fixed this (it should be allowed), and re-uploaded the Jar.
