[osflash] New OSFlash Project created

Basically, you go out to www.osflash.org and sign up for an account.
Unfortunately, it's not tied to the SVN account ;(

Then, when you're logged in, just type in :

www.osflash.org/guggaff (or your project name0 in the address bar and hit
enter

You'll see a page that says "page not created yet" - Just hit the "edit this
page" button on the right and you'll be able to add content.  Once you add
content to the page, it will exist under that same URL ;)

To learn more about the styles/editing of the wiki, go to:
http://www.osflash.org/wiki/syntax

Take a look at some other project pages to get an idea of what they've done
and click edit to see the wiki syntax they used.  That's the quickest way to
get up and running ;)
