[osflash] RIAForge

It makes me think that what would be interesting for OSFlash users would
be a binary project repository, similar to aptget or haxeLib
(http://haxe.org/haxelib). That would help everybody to keep up-to-date
with latest open source flash tools and libraries they are using.
