Hi Peter,

I haven't seen this in the UK. From what I've witnessed, getting  
funding for community events in the UK has become more difficult  
under Adobe. My experience, here in the UK, is that they are more  
concerned with their marketing efforts than the community. But that  
might just be the UK.
