[osflash] Support OSFlash

As part of the next phase of development, I'm thinking of  
incorporating a donation mechanism that works something along the  
lines of elance. An automatic system where people can choose to  
donate for specific features and the developers that implement those  
features get the donation, with the general OSFlash account getting a  
cut of each for overall maintenance/costs.

That way: No bureaucracy.
