[osflash] Flex 2 command compiler optimization

I guess a few of you are using the Flex 2 command line compiler. So
you'll agree it's awfully slow to launch...

I found some clues on using it in an efficient way - first benefit
would be to add fast syntax checking in third party editors. I'll need
some (java) help to go further:
