[osflash] Trac spam plugin installed

Just wondering if there is a way to add content to the spam filter. We
keep getting spam with this subject: LEDÏÔʾÆÁ/µç×ÓÏÔʾÆÁ/µç×Ó´óÆÁÄ»/ 010-83457017
Õž­Àí13520470069

Would be nice to tell the spam filter to ignore those.
