Do you mean something like the Flash Game Programmers Wiki?

It is a unsuccessful site but that does not mean it wasn't a good idea.  
I could see something like this for OS Flash type projects, but wikis 
get spam etc. and need someone to constantly moderate it seems. With all 
the lil script kiddies out there it just seems a pain in the ass to deal 
with.
