[osflash] Design Patterns Framework

Just found this:

It seems pretty good and unique resource about design patterns. I'm not
really a C# developer, but I find myself on a urgent need for some good and
"real-world" resources about it, and of course the knowledge acquired here
would be perfectly appliable to any other OO language such as as2/as3. This
one seems to be the real deal. Have you heard of it or already bought this
package? Does it worth the money?
