You can get it to work with the logging just fine. If you want to do
snapshots of the apps, you only get the first one that connects.

Nope, that should work just fine.

Sure thing. The ability to do snapshots on multiple SWFs has been a
request that has yet to be implemented, but hopefully it's coming
soon.
