Are there any 'must sees' at this year's FITC in Toronto?

Of course some of the most interesting presentations are scheduled at
the same time, for instance on Tuesday, there is a Papervision 3D
presentation the same time as Francis Bourre's presentation on AS3 game
development and Ivan Todorov 's on 'Dimensions of Interactive
Development'.
