[osflash] transcode flv to mpeg4

For an example of using FFMPEG with Red5 take a look at Adam Procter's
sample: http://meanwhile.beds.ac.uk/dav/tests/red5_ff/ffred5.zip

Also, you may want to send Red5 specific questions to the Red5 mailing list
