[osflash] Flex Builder 2.01 under Linux, including debugging

I've posted a very brief tutorial on how to get Flex Builder 2.01 running
natively under Linux (no Wine or VMWare needed).

It works pretty well, with all the code highlighting & autocomplete
goodness. You can even use the linux debug flash player along with it. The
only thing that appears to not work is the Design view.

I haven't tried integrating Apollo with it, the main reason being there is
no Apollo Runtime for Linux.
