Hey Chris,
I give formation in one IT school that doesn't work very well (in my
point of view), and I've proposed a lot of changes to the school, most
of them reflecting what the market expects from new workers. They did
like my proposal, and now i'm creating more detailed documentation. One
of my intentions is the delete/create/change current courses so that
they reflect a proper role on the market, specifically roles on web
development enterprises (and since i'm trying to push the evolution on
the RIA development market, those would be the most interesting roles
for me). After having a huge list of roles i will compare the knowledge
requirements for each role to the existing courses and make changes to
them. Of course, i need a big list of roles to make this.
I am not creating a "perfect" ria development company (i wish i was...
;) ). Maybe, someday later ;). (Wanna join??)
