[osflash] Any good AS2 tutorials?

Are there any good tutorials for Actionscript2, for people with strong
programming background, but new to flash?

I want something to be able to give to people, and not worry about it
teaching them bad practices like onClipEvent, or putting tons of code in the
FLA, and shows them things like strong variable typing, binding classes to
movieclips, handling scope issues (this seems to be a common newcomer
mistake, which personally I usually solve with Delegate).

Probably I will end up writing my own, but I'm wondering if anybody knows of
any decent ones already out there.
