[osflash] fames and macromedia class dependencies

I'm a noob to flash and to the set of osflash project.  I was trying to
following this setup guide for using FAMES and I'm quite confused about the
steps to install  asdt and flashout.  they both reference the use of the
macromedia flash class libraries.  how ca n this be.  If I had flash
developer installed I wouldn't be looking to use FLAME.  I'm obviously
missing something important here.

Any help would be appreciated.
