[osflash] BSD disclaimers, GPL source-links, and SWFs

Hi all,

The LGPL and BSD's both require disclaimers (of sorts) to be present in executables.
The GPL (and LGPL?) require that links to the source-code be present in executables.

How are people handling this with SWFs? I *cannot* imagine Flash developers using "about boxes."
Are people putting this kind of stuff in the metadata (document description) or HTML linkage? Or are we ignoring these rules?
Has there been any discussion on this before?

Thanks!

Bill Thorp
