Thanks for the mail.
I kind of figured that much. But beyond that what are the benefits of
using
oneover the other. RTSP is clearly an open protocol and adapted by many
including Quicktime and Helix servers.
Also, RTP streaming uses UDP to acoid latancy problems by allowing
losy data transmission. But RTMP us relaible transport liek TCP.
How does this avoid delays due to retransmissions for
real time streaming?
