[osflash] MTASC 1.13 Released

Hi,
There seems to be a problem with the FlashLite 2.0 headers in
capabilities.as
Since I upgraded, my projects wouldn't compile:
C:\Program Files\FlashDevelop\tools\mtasc/std/System/capabilities.as:43:
characters 8-18 : type error Field redefiniton : hasMP3
I commented out these two lines, and it work:
static var hasMP3:Boolean;
static var hasPrinting:Boolean;
