Actually, I have downloaded the official standalone Flash Player:
http://www.macupdate.com/download.php/17338/sa_flashplayer_9_all_release.dmg
and Xray runs fine.

Strange, but I have Flash Player 9.0.0 installed as browser plug-in 
and it cannot play the Xray.swf.

But the standalone player is a better alternative anyway, so I stick 
to that one.
