There is a Red5 mailing list. Perhaps you could sign up there to ask
these questions. There are a ton of knowledgeable people there that
may not be subscribed to this list.

Anyway, Thijs is certainly right. At least one of the ports that Red5
uses is already being used by another program, or another instance of
Red5.
As a side note. We are planning on changing Red5's default ports in
the future so that there isn't a conflict with people running FMS at
the same time.
