I noticed beta 2 was released Nov 20th:

(Adobe linux staff then seemed to have all gone away on a two-month
Christmas break...)

The problems that made beta 1 unusable for me (no way to tell it is
allowed to access remote sites; no Japanese fonts) are neither mentioned
as fixed nor as outstanding problems.

But my main reason for posting is I cannot find it! Every link takes me
to the download page for the windows version. Does anyone have a direct
link for beta 2? (I'm looking for both plugin and standalone player.)
