[osflash] SWFMILL keep filesize small

Hi Roxlu,

as far as I know, you can't use SVG or any other Vector Graphic Format
in swfmill.
But you can read in SVG in dynamically as you would any other XML data
into your SWF at runtime and draw it dynamically using the drawing
API.
