[osflash] New LogViewer with package filtering, debug level working, highlighting!

the AS3 version was made with this in mind.  You can use JUST the logger or
you can use the entire package/tool if you want.

I had thought about doing this for Xray as2 version as well.  The as2 and
as3 versions are very similar and it probably wouldn't take much work to do
this.
