[osflash] broadcast the same video towards all the client

Stefano:

One solution would be to start a timer on the server and when a client
connects to the application, you can send that timestamp down to the client
which then causes the client to seek to that point in your flv.

Another solution would be to seek on the server and start the stream from
that point.
