[osflash] broadcast the same video towards all the client

Hello,

sorry for late in reply, actually what you need is a publisher-consumer
application , for your case your publisher will stream ( either recorded or
live ), I think you want to publish recorded files and the consumer will
play that stream, So, when any consumer get-in after a period of time will
start form that time.
