[osflash] Help with AIR installer for MAC

We've created an AIR application and need installers for both Windows and
Mac.

The installer needs to check to see if AIR is installed - If it is, it
installs our application.
If it isn't installed, it silently installs AIR and then our application.

The Windows installer has already been made but we don't know how to start
building the installer for Mac.

Any ideas?
