[osflash] 3D Flash without Flash

I make Flash stuff in Flash without Flash all the time.
MTASC, HaXe, Flex Builder 2, FlashDevelop, Flex 2 SDK. Lots of ways to 
do Flash without Flash.
Assuming your 3D stuff is coded, you just write the 3D code or use a 3D 
library like Papervision.
