[osflash] expert flash/red5 coder needed

Before I go hitting elance I thought this might be a good place to  
find somebody with experience and knowledge in red5 and flash.

We are an online media company with a lot of videos. We are in the  
process of converting all our video from wmv over to flv and would  
like to offer our users the ability to fast forward, skip using red5  
and flash.

So basically we're looking for somebody who can help us with the red5  
configuration and write a very good flash video player for us.
