[osflash] Red5 Help

[Elle - Swingers Desires]

Hi

I currently have Red5 installed to get my chat rooms cams working. Neither
my webmaster root server company nor I have a clue how to
update/manage/configure Red5, and to be honest don't have the time to learn!

Can anyone please help, as I am now getting desperate?
