[osflash] Next OFLA Conference

Hey Nicolas ,
                       yea I`ll go find out how many attendees I can have,
or even ask permission to get more for a certain day but I am glad to see
everyones up for it :) . I`ll get started on it next week , maybe setup a
website so people can start signing up :)
