The haXe compiler is written in OCaml, just like MTASC.
And the haXe standard library is written... in haXe :)

haXe compiles-to Neko, so it can be used to develop the websites (with
Apache, in replacement of PHP), but also socket servers and commandline
applications. With ScreenWeaverHX you can also write desktop
applications and use Flash for the UI.
