[osflash] Help! adobe's online flash player settings panel is awol

I know this is OT, but does anyone know how to get the security settings panel?

The adobe website is broken and redirects to this macromedia page

which is no use.

I cant work if my swf cant access the local machine.

So do I *have* to use the online settings panel to allow my swf access to my 
local machine? or can i configure it locally?

btw, this is on linux. :)
