[osflash] is there a SWF8(with pure graphics key frames) to SWF9 converter?

probably he asks in the spirit of OS. (OpenSource) ;-)
While Flex is not OpenSource, it is "free" for developers in some ways. ;-)
The Flash IDE and the FLA FileFormat is not that OpenSource and/or "free".

Btw. can you tell me which swf2fla converter you had in mind?
