[osflash] Flash compile Flex/AS3

Having a real hard time getting flash develop to compile flex or as3 code.
Followed all the steps i could find, but when I do build, the swf that 
popups up is still a Flash 8 swf, not a flash 9.
Is there a flash 9 player (not a browser player) that i need so i can point 
to it or something?
Pointed the IDE settings to Flash 9 Preview and flex compiler to my SDK 
directory.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
