[osflash] permission denied

I believe -swf is looking for a filename, not a directory name.

-swf E:\BOSS-SH\CONFIG\eclipse\FAME_tutorial\deploy\myapp.swf

Also, I think -out might be the option you actually want.  -swf is used for
injecting actionscript into a .swf that's already created.

-out E:\BOSS-SH\CONFIG\eclipse\FAME_tutorial\deploy\myapp.swf
