[osflash] How do you see focus in haXe

Anyone know how to check if the flash applet has focus using haXe? It's hard to find examples. I found a Aero-Fighter like game called FlashShooter written in haXe and that got me going with how to display images and handle key events, but I would really like to be able to pause the game if focus is lost and display a message like "click to resume"
