[osflash] OSFlash Organization

Hi,

I think one more category should be added: debugging. There's a lot of such
frameworks / approaches regarding debug activity, so it would be interesting
to list it too.

Maybe it makes sense to have such subdirectory as
-- Utility (might be too broad)
   -- Debugging

What do you think?
