[osflash] Help with Flash Technologies

 Hi my name is Michelin, I'm a member of the osflash mailling list.

I'm working on a website to webcast live video on the internet through a
webcam using Flash open source technologies. I just want to know what's the
best Flash open source tools to replace: Flash Media Server 2.0.4, Flash
Media Encoder, Flash CS3 Professional, and Dreamweaver CS3. What's the
easiest way to do the website? If there's webcast live video website that's
already Open Source, please let me know.
