[osflash] Red5 Questions use Red5 Mailing list

Yep, that thought had crossed my mind too. Although this is the case for 
all pages in the Wiki, it seems to affect Red5 the most. I guess because 
Papervision and some other big projects have their own domains too.

A small redesign of the OSFlash navigation should help. Maybe put a 
background color behind the "this page"-navigation so it stands out 
more, or put one of the two menus horizontal?
