Hello,

I want to make a clone / similar to Ksolo.com Web based Flash Recorder . this Player will get some information from the URL through _GET method, then download the audio file to the user cache, record the song , Upload it again to the website & sending some data through POST method.

How much will this cost ?

and what server needs should I install ?!
