[osflash] videoconference : change the quality of the video

Hi everybody,
in the exemple of videoconference, on a change of the quality of the video (broadcaster.as, line 135), there is an alert "You need to reconnect to the server for this change to take affect".
Is it possible to change the quality or other property without reconnect ?
