[osflash] Flash 8 Build Tool

Hello :)

with now youtube or yahoo for example... now all this big website use FP8/9
to display the swf video and banners.

The Adobe FlashPlayer 9 penetration is around  90.3% in the word :

For me... FP8 or FP7 is the minimum ... FP9 the top !
