[osflash] Estimate bandwidth (live video streaming)

Hello,

I'm new in Red5 world (and video streaming) and I plan to work with this
streaming server :)

I would like to know how can I estimate the necessary bandwidth my
server need to stream for exemple 450x340 flv for 100 users ? And for
live streaming (direct rendering between cam acquisition and user web
app) ?
