[osflash] XIFF and Transports.

I would look at Jive Software. They have a pretty decent Java library
for XMPP. you could always use Red5 as a bridge between Jabber and
Flash using this library. However, I'm not sure if this makes sense
for your situation.

As we all can't read your mind, it might be a good idea to give us
more of an idea of what you are trying to do. Then we might be able to
be a bit more helpful.
