[osflash] Half of internet down for months. What's happening?

the universal fix for problems like this is to run the adobe flash player
uninstaller, and then reinstall from their website.

Make sure you have admin rights to install the plugin, and it's generally a
good idea to quit all your other apps, and possibly even restart your
computer if you run windows after the installation.
