[osflash] Difficulty downloading Flex 3 SDK

I am trying to download the Flex 3 SDK from
http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+3 and I keep
getting a "Bad Gateway" error.  Has the SDK download been moved somewhere
else?  Has this site fallen out of maintenence?

Please help.
